Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please email info@iamdarko.com . Please ensure to include your order number to enable us to deal with your return quickly.
Please note:
• Your item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was received; unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Specifically, with swimwear, a return will only be accepted if the provided hygiene sticker is still intact. Please do not remove the hygiene sticker until you are sure you want to keep the item.
• If your return is accepted, you will be emailed instructions on how to make your return. The postage price will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Items returned without an email acknowledgement will not be accepted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To request an exchange send us an email at info@iamdarko.com and we will assist you further.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Taxes and Duties
Orders from some countries may be subject to local customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.
